  • I have attached the current Roster for WCH.
  • I have also attached the “Leaders Guide” for WCH that contains all the information you need to know(and more) for WCH.
  • Print Page 14 and complete it.
  • All scouts who have not yet gotten 1st Aid MB should plan on taking it.  We can do the FAK later to finish up the requirements. Other MB’s on the list of the Scoutmaster’s recommendations include: Wilderness Survival, Fire Safety, Home Repair, Plumbing, Public Speaking, Traffic Safety, and Weather. Ask your Scout what he’s interested in learning about.
  • Older Scouts who are not yet 1st Class should plan on doing the “Davey Crockett” 2nd Class and/or 1st Class classes, depending on what rank advancement you need.
  • Also, TShirts are included, and I need to know your scout’s TShirt size.  Just write it on the MB form(page 14 above).
  • I must have the MB Form(Page 14), T-Shirt size, and $90(check payable to Troop 18) by Thursday night.  Please drop this stuff off in my mailbox(4233 N. Honeysuckle Lane…..362-9724 or 260-1636)
  • Prior to Camp, you will need to get the Health form (Class 1 and Class 2) completed and bring them with you that Friday to WCH.

    Monday night is the deadline for WCH.  I have about 6 Scouts signed up so far.  Please email me prior to Monday night if your scout is interested.  Also you can check out the WCH Handbook online at http://www.bsa-jackson.org/events/index.html

    I need a Dad to be the organizer for WCH.  He does not have to be there every night, but I will need him to run the show, organize the “2 Deep Dads”, and make sure that the Scouts are all signed up for the appropriate classes.  This is my second request.

    Also, we’ll need you to fill out the application and get me a check for $90(includes a TShirt!!) before October 23rd.  Prior to the actual WCH you’ll need to have your scouts health form completed(see the link above).
